Johnny has more than 20 years financial institution experience and was the CEO of Lombard Insurance for 11 years. He moved to head up their International Guarantee and Surety division in July 2015 and in 2018 to head up Insurety. He is responsible for the global strategy of the guarantee businesses within Insurety.

Luke has extensive experience in financial services where he has held various senior management positions in both long-term and short-term insurance as well as risk financing.
He joined Lombard Guarantee in 2014 in credit analysis and headed up the Applied Analysis department before moving to Insurety n 2019.
Luke is a CFA® charter holder (CFAI) (USA) as well as a certified Financial Risk Manager (GARP) (USA). He also holds B. Comm. (Economics), B. Comm. (Honours) (Finance and Financial Risk), and MBL (Corporate Finance and Strategy).
